
Whisk first 6 ingredients in plastic container. Transfer 1/4 cup spiced oil to small bowl and reserve. Place chicken in mixture in pie dish; turn to coat. Marinate 2 hours or overnight. Heat grill to medium. Grill until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Serve with reserved spiced oil or a peanut dipping sauce.

Directions
In a large non-stick skillet, saute onions in a bit of broth or water until translucent. Add everything else except olives. Bring to a simmer over low to medium heat, cover. Simmer 35 - 40 minutes, until tender. Stir occasionally.
Stir in olives just before removing from skillet. Serve over rice.

Simmer chicken in broth and seasonings, covered, for 45 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; set aside. Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 baking pan. Top each piece with a piece of bacon, a slice of tomato, a basil leaf and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Pour wine into pan.
Bake 45 minutes, basting occasionally.

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Serve with garlic rice.
